Our story began in 2001, when our founder, Eliseo Esparza, started working in commercial cleaning, learning the trade from the ground up while working for established janitorial companies. Over the years, he gained extensive experience, a strong work ethic, and a deep understanding of what clients truly need: reliable service, attention to detail, and consistent results.

In 2015, his daughter, Linda, joined him in the industry, beginning the next generation of our family's journey. Working side by side, we continued building our experience, refining our processes, and developing a shared vision—to provide professional cleaning services with the personal attention, dependability, and care of a family-owned company.

Today, Janitorial Pros LLC is proudly family-owned and operated, built on over two decades of industry experience. We bring the same care, professionalism, and commitment to every job, whether it's a small office or a large commercial facility.

We believe trust is earned through consistency, communication, and results. Our goal is simple: to create clean, safe, and welcoming environments so our clients can focus on what matters most to them.
